Boulder resident Tim Don (representing Great Britain) raced to a resounding victory at Spain’s IRONMAN Mallorca in his very first attempt at the distance. His victory came just three weeks after placing third in the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship.
In the women’s race, Boulder’s Dede Griesbauer–a two-time IRONMAN Champion (UK and Brazil) and two-time top American woman in Kona–took second to Eimear Mullan of Ireland after leading most of the race.
