Boulder Peak Goes to Bennett, Dye; Next Stop Olympics for Bennett

July 8, 2012 (Boulder, CO) – Boulder resident and Olympian Laura Bennett proved her training is on track for the London games with her win in this year’s Boulder Peak Triathlon. Bennett set the pace from the start of the swim and claimed victory with her time of 2 hours 6 minutes 20 seconds. In the men’s race, Boulder native Cameron Dye claimed his first overall win at his hometown race. Dye posted at time of 1:52:44 with Boulder’s Matt Reed finishing second in 1:56:02.
