IRONMAN Boulder Photo Gallery

Local pro triathlete, Chris Leiferman, won the 2018 IRONMAN Boulder to complete his journey back from injury and illness. Leiferman set a new time to beat on the redesigned course, stopping the clock in 8:07:55. Boulder’s Joe Gambles took second in 8:13:16, Patrick McKeon third in 8:20:48, Kevin Collington fourth in 8:26:16, and Sam Long fifth in 8:29:56.

In the women’s race, Kirsty Jahn of Canada claimed victory in 9:16:12. Katy Evans took second in 9:19:20, Dede Griesbauer third in 9:36:55, Erin Green fourth in 9:49:18, and Kimberly Goodell fifth in 9:52:51.
